Mary Petriano is the aroma lady. I initially researched essential oils in 2009
as a way of improving my own health. While doing so I discovered the vast difference in the grades of essential oils available today. This awakened a passion to learning all I could about this modality, aromatherapy. I discovered CARE, Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education, which provides a detailed course of study which would allow me to not only have a better understanding for myself but would also allow me to achieve faculty status by completing their certification process. As a Certified CARE Instructor (CCI) I now have the privilege of not only facilitating sessions with clients but also sharing the education of therapeutic grade essential oils and application techniques with others.
Prior to pursuing my love for aromatherapy I had two 15 year tenure's in the corporate world. I have always been in a customer focused field and knew this is an area I would always be connected to. Working with clients to better their knowledge regarding choices with natural products and techniques is a perfect fit.

CARE is a nonsecular educational organization dedicated to assembling research and disseminating information on the healing properties and therapeutic applications of essential oils. This is accomplished by the sponsorship of seminars, hands-on workshops, and the publication of various books and videos.
The focus of the program is to teach Raindrop Technique and associated skills, as originated and taught by D. Gary Young,N.D. This is accomplished through a series of courses that include the Healing oils of the Bible, Applied Vitaflex, Raindrop, Emotional Release, Essential Oil chemistry, and Basic Principles of Aromatherapy along with hands-on practice and other requirements. It is C.A.R.E.'s vision that some day proper therapeutic application of essential oils will become common household knowledge and Raindrop Technique will be a skill practiced by parents, spouses, and friends everywhere, and by professionals as well.
